We pour and repair concrete around Daytona Beach, driveways, patios, slabs, the flatwork most homes eventually require. Some of us came up doing the labor first, setting forms and finishing slabs for other outfits, before deciding we could run the job better on our own terms. That hands-on background is still how we approach every pour, checking the base and the forms ourselves instead of leaving it to whoever's on site that day.
If you're here, there's a good chance you've got a slab that's cracked wider than a hairline, sunk on one edge, or gone rough and pitted from age. We find out whether that's a base problem, a drainage problem, or just concrete that was poured too thin, then fix that instead of skimming a bag of patch over it. A slab that's been prepped and jointed right shouldn't require touching again for a couple decades.
None of this is complicated. It is mostly just doing what we said we would do.
You're not on the hook if something goes wrong during the pour. Ask for the paperwork before we start, we'll have it ready.
Concrete work on a new driveway or an addition slab usually requires a permit and an inspection, and skipping that step can cost you when you sell the house. We handle that paperwork so it's not sitting on your plate.
A concrete pour makes a mess, wet mix, form boards, washout water. We haul it off the site instead of leaving it for you to deal with.
No verbal ballpark that turns into a different number on invoice day. You'll see square footage, thickness, and finish spelled out ahead of time.
Concrete has to go in the ground on the day we say, because a delayed pour throws off curing time and your plans. If rain's coming, we'll tell you and move the date instead of pouring into it.
Sandy soil, a high water table, and summer downpours all change how concrete gets poured and cured here. We work this ground every week, not once a year.
